Our Mission
To bring fresh produce to the canyon and create a convening space for local artists, growers, and makers.
We seek to partner with local, regenerative and organic producers, vendors and artisans committed to building community, educating consumers, producing minimal waste and reducing impact on our environment.
Unfortunately, we have limited space for vendors. We will not be able to partner with all vendors who are interested in participating.
Date and Time:
Fridays, 9 am - 1 pm, Set-Up - starts at 8 am, Clean-Up - ends at 2 pm
Location:
Topanga Community Center
1440 N. Topanga Canyon Blvd.
Topanga, CA 90290
Fees and Payment:
-
All vendors must pay the flat weekly booth fee on the Topanga Community Center (TCC) website one week prior to the market date (Fridays).
-
Farmers/Producers: $40/week + $2 per market attended for state legislative fee paid upfront through online portal MarketSpread. At the conclusion of each market, if 6% of their gross market sales exceeds $40, the vendor will pay the difference as a second online payment.
-
Makers/Artisans: $60/week + $2 per market attended for state legislative fee paid upfront through online portal MarketSpread. At the conclusion of each market, if 6% of their gross market sales exceeds $60, the vendor will pay the difference as a second online payment.
Sharing Booths:
**Due to limited capacity, we will prioritize vendors who partner with other artisans to share a booth. For example, a pottery artist could share a booth with a jewelry artist and split the cost of the booth fee.
Interested in Participating Less than EVERY Friday?
We are open to artisans and makers attending the market every other week, once a month, or as a one time Pop-Up (rather than every Friday). When applying, state how often you would like to participate.
